Is there a grade level or age requirement?
No. Our students are from all grade levels and all age levels. We welcome diversity! We have a tutor for almost any situation.
How do I make payments for the sessions?
***PayPal & Credit/Debit Card Transactions:
In the "Services" tab, you much select which tutoring course is appropriate for you from the drop down menu of service section that applies to you. Once selected, you much click on "Add to cart". Once in your cart, you can choose the number of hours (quantity) to pay for. Then simply select if you want to pay via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
***Zelle or QuickPay Transactions:
You may also send payment directly and securely through Zelle or QuickPay from your banking website or app. The email address to send the payment is: admin@prepcoretutoring.com
How do I get a tutor?
You can either call, e-mail, or contact us through this website by filling out the form on the "Contact Us" page. It is the same form for the "1-hr free session". Then, one of our Student Support Agent (SSA) will contact you within 24 hours (most of the time it is within an hour).

Can I work with the same tutor again?
Absolutely! You may work with the same tutor as long as you schedule your sessions with the Student Support Agent (SSA). However, if you need tutoring in a different subject, the tutor of your choice must have mastery in the subject of your need. Please inform your SSA prior to scheduling on which subject you need assistance in.
How does the online sessions work?
We utilize a very comprehensive and interactive technology which is simple for our students to use. It is as easy as click and connect. The tutor does everything else. The interactive whiteboard allows the tutor to handwrite and work on problems (ex. math problems) onto the on-screen board so the student can follow each step. If the student chooses, he/she can also write on the same on-screen whiteboard. The secured video/audio capability allows for connectivity of the student and tutor even in a low bandwidth. What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
